  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 25ml lime juice
  • Soda water
How to Make It:

Mix the sugar and lime juice in a glass until the sugar has dissolved. Add the mint leaves and gently press them to release their flavour. Add the rum, fill the glass with ice, and top it up with soda water. Give it a quick mix, add some extra mint leaves on top, and your Mojito is ready!

  • 50ml gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
