Bit Of Everything Guy
Graeme is very hands on with DriftBar. He manages the digital side and client relations. He loves playing badminton, tennis and touring Scotland. He's surprisingly entertaining, despite the miserable look. Interestingly, he's not much of a drinker and prefers to swap the cocktails for a coffee.
Conor
All Hands On Deck Guy
Conor, DriftBar's co-founder and director, combines his love for rum and martial arts into his mixology. Known for creative rum cocktails and a disciplined approach, he's the driving force behind DriftBar's unique flair, making every visit memorable. A fan of French Martinis and Negronis, Scott is driven by a love for mixology and the stories behind each cocktail. His journey into mixology began during a lockdown Zoom quiz, sparking a passion that led him to master drinks like the Whiskey Sour and Amaretto Sour. Mark's also a seasoned traveller, having explored from the US to the Baltics, and an avid film watcher and pool player.
