Booking DriftBar is straightforward and customer-focused. Begin by submitting a booking request using the form on this page. Our team will then reach out to you personally, either by phone or email, to discuss your event's specifics, tailoring our offering to ensure a perfect fit. Once the details are finalised, we'll send you a secure link for payment. You can easily complete the transaction using a credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay - it's a smooth, secure, and user-friendly process. And that's it! DriftBar operates under the regulations set by the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005. We hold an Occasional Licence for each event we cater to, ensuring all alcohol service is legal and responsible.
We aim to make payments as smooth and hassle-free as possible. We accept contactless payments which means you can simply tap your card or use your phone to pay. Both Google Pay and Apple Pay are accepted. We also accept cash.
We understand that estimating the exact number of attendees for an event can be challenging. At DriftBar, we've developed a flexible approach to accommodate any changes.
If you initially book for a smaller group but more guests than expected join the celebration, don't worry. In cases where the actual number of attendees falls into a lower-priced booking tier, we will happily offer a refund of the difference after the event.
On the other hand, if your group turns out to be smaller than originally booked, we may need to adjust the booking fee accordingly. If the number of guests falls into a higher-priced booking tier, you may be asked to pay the cost difference post-event. However, we value our customers and understand that plans can change last minute. Therefore, if the difference in numbers is minimal, we may choose to waive the additional charge at our discretion. Please be assured that we will always communicate with you directly about any potential changes to your booking fee.
Terms & Conditions
Upon submitting your booking enquiry, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. To confirm your reservation, full payment of the booking fee will be required. Our team will reach out to you either via phone or email to discuss your event specifics and guide you through a secure payment process with your debit or credit card, or Apple/Google Pay.
You can freely amend your booking date within the first 24 hours of booking. Thereafter, changes may attract an amendment fee, unless waived by us. In the case of cancellations, please inform us within 48 hours of making your booking to be eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made beyond this period, except under exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
Please remember, all guests must be 18 years or older and carry valid ID. At DriftBar, we advocate responsible drinking.
